Are you looking for reinforcements for your team during the season? Then simply upload a job offer! Here you will find step-by-step instructions. You can also watch a 3-minute EXPLANATORY VIDEO on how to upload a job.
1. Change language (German or English)
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. There you will find the language selection. Simply click on your desired language.
2. Create a profile
First, you need to register on WinterSummerJobs. To do so, please follow these steps:
Scroll up and click on “Login | Register” in the top right corner.
Select the option “Register as a company.” Now you can enter your personal data. Remember to select the job categories for which you are looking for employees.
Now confirm your email address. To do this, check your inbox and click on the orange button in the confirmation email. If you cannot find the email there, check your spam folder!
After successful confirmation, return to the website. Either you will be logged in automatically, or you will need to click on “Login | Register” in the top right corner again.
You will now be greeted with your company name in the top right corner.
3. Create a job advertisement (you are welcome to watch the EXPLANATORY VIDEO beforehand)
Click on your profile in the top right-hand corner and then on “My job offers.” Then, in step 1, select the orange button “Create job advertisement.” Now you have to go through 10 steps to upload your job.
Step 1: Here you enter the most important information about your job offer and the address.
Step 2: Here you upload the preview image, i.e. the image that will be displayed large in your job advertisement.
Step 3: Here you describe the advertised job, for example with tasks and activities.
Step 4: Here you have the option of listing benefits for the employee to make your job more attractive – for example, free accommodation and meals.
Step 5: Here you formulate your requirements for the applicant – for example, language skills or professional experience.
Step 6: Here you can optionally add up to three more images of your company.
Step 7: As further optional input, you can tell us something about the history and philosophy of your company.
Step 8: Here you must then specify the contact person to whom applicants can turn.
Step 9: Finally, you can link your social media channels.
Step 10: Finally, select the categories that your job fits into.
Payment: Then you can pay for the job offer.
4. Manage jobs
Once you have uploaded your job, you will see the option to book our performance package (SOCIAL MEDIA and/or GOOGLE ADS BOOST) under “My job offers.” You can edit your uploaded job offers later under “Job ads.”
You have now laid the foundation for strengthening your team. Applicants will contact your specified contact person directly. You can upload additional job offers at any time or book a SOCIAL MEDIA and/or GOOGLE ADS BOOST at a later date.
